Elodie Bernard
Attracted to the world of fragrances from an early age, Élodie studied chemistry before going to ISIPCA. Keen to gain experience, she joined Expressions Parfumées and worked in various areas of the creative process. This solid technical background enabled her to become a perfumer in 2020.
Élodie sees perfume as a very personal object, one that arouses emotions and awakens memories, enabling perfumers to tell a story. She draws her inspiration from her daily life and from what surrounds her: encounters, travels, or culinary recipes.
This eternal renewal gives her great satisfaction. This diversity, both in terms of projects and the infinite number of combinations, ensures that there will never be a routine and that she will always find a new scent to create.
Celine Ripert
Trained as a chemist, Céline has acquired in-depth knowledge of raw materials by analyzing them from every angle. She believes that a grounding in chemistry is essential to understanding the complex interactions of molecules in perfumery. This expertise led her to the profession of perfumer, which she now considers to be more artistic than technical.
Céline works a lot with natural raw materials, which for her have a depth and a unique character, that she smells regularly to discover new facets and associations. She also finds inspiration in her travels and everyday interactions.
What she loves most about her job is the infinite combination of possible combinations, comparable to music. For Céline, a fragrance can be a memory or a second skin, playing on the subconscious.

Quentin Roussel
Graduate of the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris, Quentin enhanced his expertise with renowned companies such as Givaudan, Firmenich, and Symrise, exploring various departments such as Evaluation, Laboratories, and Marketing. With a solid technical background and seven years of experience, he has now joined our team of perfumers at the Dubai office.
To express in smells what we can’t say with words, that is Quentin's purpose as a Perfumer. Cosmopolitan by nature, he draws inspiration from his travels, translating the richness of diverse cultures and landscapes into his creations. He likes to convey a message, an emotion, to those who experience his fragrances.
Quentin remains endlessly fascinated by the magic of raw materials blending together - a transcendental alchemy designed to evoke or reawaken emotions.

Rosa Vaia
Trained as a Master Perfumer, Rosa Vaia combines technical rigor with a deeply intuitive approach to scent creation. Her work is rooted in a strong understanding of raw materials, composition techniques, developed through years of hands-on laboratory experience and international training.
Rosa believes that perfumery is a balance between structure and emotion: chemistry provides the foundation, but memory, culture, and personal sensitivity give fragrance its soul. She believes that technical mastery is essential to achieving true artistic freedom in fragrance creation.
Alongside her work as a perfumer, Rosa is also a lecturer in perfume formulation, guiding students and professionals through the technical and creative processes of modern perfumery. Through Vieffe Noselab, she collaborates with international brands on fine fragrance, developing fragrances with a strong identity, clarity of structure, and long-term olfactory coherence.
