RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At GHAFF, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering every fragrance in perfect condition and with the highest standards of luxury service.

Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be unopened and sealed
• The original box and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
• All tags, inserts, and accessories must be included

For hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity reasons, all returned items must remain in their original saleable condition.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we do not accept returns for:
• Opened perfume bottles
• Used products
• Unsealed packaging
• Tester or sample items
• Gift cards
• Promotional / sale items
• Personalized or limited-edition custom packaging

Due to the nature of fragrance products, once opened, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is:
• Damaged
• Leaking
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Different from what was ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the external packaging
• A short description of the issue

Upon review, GHAFF may offer:
• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund

depending on the case.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available only for:
• Damaged items
• Defective products
• Incorrect deliveries

6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

• If the return is due to a GHAFF error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For customer-initiated returns within the 5-day return period, shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved.
