7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are accepted only if:

• In original packaging
• Returned within [7 / 14] days
Opened or used fragrance products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
