1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within the United Arab Emirates
• 3–4 business days
International Shipping
• Up to 14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, and destination country.
